About the Role:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Willingness to travel across regions as required.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Local Area Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services within a specific local area, managing dealer/distributor relationships, and ensuring consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new customers, retailers, or distributors in the assigned area
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Promote product awareness and ensure placement in key local outlets
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Visit local markets and track competitor activities
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local events
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market feedback
