About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our regional/national sales team and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, nurturing key client relationships, managing a high-performance team, and delivering revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Managers across regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to market needs.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in sales practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Willingness to travel across regions as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Indian consumer behavior and regional market dynamics.
